Millions of people love sushi, but a boutique perfumier is betting people like the raw fish dish so much the company has launched a Sushi-scented cologne.

According to Demeter Fragrance, its sushi cologne is "not what you think it would smell like!," and smells not of raw fish but of, "just cooked sticky rice and straight from the seaside seaweed, laced with hints of ginger and lemon essences."
