1994 - Trisha Yearwood took "XXX's and OOO's (An American Girl)" to number one.

1992 - George Jones' single "I Don't Need Your Rockin' Chair" was released featuring vocals from Garth Brooks, Clint Black, Alan Jackson, Patty Loveless, Travis Tritt and more.

1988 - Highway 101 hit number one with "(Do You Love Me) Just Say Yes."

1982 - Ricky Skaggs' album Highways & Heartaches was released. 

1970 - Lynn Anderson recorded "Rose Garden" at the Columbia Recording Studios in Nashville.
