2007 - Billy Currington traveled to Hawaii to begin therapy for anger issues stemming from abuse he suffered as a child.

2004 - Lonestar's animated video for "Mr. Mom" debuted.

2003 - Toby Keith picked up a leading seven nominations for the CMA Awards. Brooks & Dunn, Johnny Cash and Brad Paisley each got four.

2000 - Rascal Flatts lead singer Gary LeVox and his wife Tara welcomed their first daughter Brittany Kay in Nashville.

2000 - Pam Tillis joined the Grand Ole Opry and performed "All the Good Ones Are Gone" and "Maybe it Was Memphis."

2000 - Jamie O'Neal married her husband Rodney Good in Seaside, Florida just weeks after she finished her debut album.

1997 - LeAnn Rimes picked up a gold single for "How Do I Live."

1992 - Alan Jackson earned his first double platinum album for Don't Rock the Jukebox.
