2005 - Billy Currington's video for "Must Be Doin' Somethin' Right" premiered.

2001 - Blake Shelton earned his first number one hit with "Austin," which remained at the top for five weeks.

1998 - Vince Gill's album The Key was released.

1984 - Gary Morris made his Grand Ole Opry debut singing "Velvet Chains" and "The Wind Beneath My Wings," adding "The Love She Found in Me" as an encore.

1979 - Eddie Rabbitt took "Suspicions" to number one.

1951 - Hank Williams hit number one on the country chart with "Hey, Good Lookin'."
